  • Worship Pastor

    Our Vision for Worship

Musical worship at the Bridge is considered to be one of the main focal points of our Sunday service. We have always been known for our Spirit-lead worship, and we desire to go even deeper. We envision a dynamic worship program that creates an inclusive environment on Sundays for everyone to enter into a true time of worship, teaches our people about implementing worship in daily family life, and develops our Worship Team members into worshippers who understand deeper values of worship and instill their understanding in our congregation.

    The Position

The Bridge is looking for a Sprit-filled leader to join our team as a Worship Pastor. The right leader will bring energy and passion in furthering our goal to develop fully-devoted worshippers of Jesus and will excel at shepherding both our Worship Team and congregation as a whole into a more substantive implementation of  genuine worship through the arts.

    • Create dynamic worship set lists weekly for Sunday service and send each week’s set list to the team five days in advance
    • Compile and schedule band members for each week using Planning Center Online (PCO)
    • Attach MP4 and chord charts of each song on PCO each week
    • Seek out new creative ways to implement the arts into worship (i.e dance, drama, spoken word, painting, visual expressions, etc.)
    • Hold monthly mandatory all-team meetings to discuss vision, new songs, worship together, study new ways of leading worship, and implementing new gear
    • Commit to working at least 10-12 hours a week (including Sunday morning set-up, service, and tear down from 8am-12pm)
    • Meet with Pastor Rob (Senior Pastor) weekly to ensure clear communication about direction of Sunday morning musical worship
    • Preferred, if schedule permits: Monday afternoon staff meetings from 3pm-4:30pm

Salary is based on experience and time commitment.
